How Often Should You Replace Your Toothbrush?
-Quarterly: At a minimum, you should change
your toothbrush every 3 months.
-After a Cold: Germs linger on toothbrushes.
Discard yours for a fresh one if you used it while you were under the weather.
-Replace Worn One: If the bristles of your toothbrush
look worn and out of shape even before 3 months
have passed, go ahead and replace it early.
